Biofreeze
Biofreeze comes in different types of application but I have to say the roll-on is so much easier! Also since biofreeze can be used on children 2 years and older I use this on my son when he has joint pain. Always worth a shot!
Serta Perfect Sleeper Crib Wedge
While I did use this for my kids to ease their reflux, I know use it to sit on the floor to keep my sacroiliac joint happy! It has been a game changer for me!
Overbed Table (Hospital Table)
When working with my son’s Occupational Therapist she recommended that we have a hospital tray table for both of us to use to maintain proper posture while working. I use it all the time! There are many different types at different price points. Choose what is best for you.
Squatty Potty – 7”
If you or your child is having problems with going #2 than Squatty Potty may be for you! May even help so much you can stop taking products. The 7” is the average size and better for adults. The 9” is better for child use. And no…the toilet does not come with it…nice try!)
Stork S’port Maternity Belt – S/M
If you or know someone who is pregnant and is having a lot of ligament pain and/or dysfunctional pubis symphysis wearing this belt will ease a lot of pain and help them walk. There are different sizes too. I’ve included S/M and L/XL below.
Stork S’port Maternity Belt – L/XL

Trip Trap Chair (or a similar type of chair) – Natural Wood
This is not only for SPD or EDSers, but for any child who needs proper posture. They can be pricey and worth checking Craig’s List for a used one. My son uses it not only for meal time but also for any art, craft, writing, and even reading. He loves the postural support he gets from it!
